 Light Meditation and Prayer  ~ Meditation Group with Jackie Boyce 

Tuesdays 12:30pm ~ 2:30pm $10  Enjoy Group Meditation  

Learn how to work with your inner light to meditate and pray effectively.  The “light prayer” or 7 steps of effective prayer will be taught – a simple, effective way to still the mind and the body, go within, and connect with your inner light.  This same tool for meditating can be used for praying for others and the world by directing the light outwards. We will experience this together if a group meditation which increases its effects. Call Jackie at 843-655-1483 for questions or to schedule a private session.

In these sessions you will learn how to use light to open and clear your energy centers, do effective healing work for yourself and others, clear past traumas and the energy body, attune to the angelic kingdom, become a Divine Knower, know your divine mission, and become a planetary healer.  You will emerge as a being of light, knowing and being who you truly are.

    

 

   Circle of Light ~ Meditation Group with Fred Christie

This is a monthly meet-up Circle of Light seminar/discussion program covering topics that deal with perceptions of reality, belief systems, values, philosophy, Taoism, Zen,  Buddhism, Kabbalah, Hinduism, Objectivism, Eastern thought, Theosophy, western spiritual science…just to name a few. This program will run every 3rd Friday of the month from 7:30 – 9 PM at the Yoga Room.

 Minimum donation is $5 per session.  Classes are open to the public. All yoga and kung fu students are invited and urged to attend  bring a guest or two.

Kriya Yoga Meditation Teacher
 
Paula has been studying as a Disciple and teaching Kriya Yoga Meditation for over 5 years.
Her classes are based on the teachings of Roy Eugene Davis, Direct Disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda.
She has an MS in Counseling Psychology with a specialty in Stress Management and teaches classes
