MONDAY – RESTORATIVE YOGA 4:45-5:45 pm - Restorative practice leaves your body nourished, relaxed and well-rested
WEDNESDAY – STRETCH & STRENGTHEN PRACTICE – 5:45-6:45 pm - Sun Salutations, laterals, twists, forward bends, balancing poses will make you feel renewed!
THURSDAY- CORE PRACTICE – 4:30-5:30pm - Tone muscles and improve flexibility
$50 for one month pass – 12 classes per month
Bring a friend receive 1/2 off second pass (Introductory Special – February 17-March 13)
Drop-In Rate – $15 per class
Private Sessions available by appointment only $60/hour

My name is Nicole. I am a certified R.Y.T., P.T., and Counselor. I began my journey with yoga the year of 2010. My passion for yoga is balancing the body, mind, soul, and completely relaxing you. I have become known for my core practice with clients. I focus on providing you with an invigorating practice and reaching your highest potential. I will motivate you in strengthening your intentions to feel fabulous and successful. We will connect with one another and thoroughly enjoy our relations with others and ourselves.
