JACKIE BOYCE- MEDITATION AND PRAYER SESSIONS

DONNA CARR – SPECIALTY YOGA CLASSES

In September of 2000 I stepped onto a Yoga mat for the 1st time and from that moment “I Knew”. Talk about a “aha moment”. Donna started sharing her passion for the teachings one year later teaching for a local Yoga center and the Local College. A dual back surgery survivor she is a living example of how Yoga can greatly  improve and even free you from back pain. After retiring from her “job” of 25 years in the spring of 2007, she relocated to Surfside Beach to continue teaching Yoga.

She earned her 200 hour Raja Hatha “CYT” and Usui Reiki Ryoho certifications through the loving teachings of Pat Harpell who she continues to study with. She is currently a “RYT” with the Yoga Alliance. She met and became friends with Donna Stead during her transition to the area, and they have worked together ever since spreading the benefits of Yoga and its teachings.
