Belly Dance Class

New Belly Dance Class
Praise will be giving weekly classes each Sunday
Come at 2:00 for a Tai Chi style warm up to prepare your muscles to dance Class is 2:30-3:30pm
Drop In $12 / $10 per class with 5 class package. If you come at 2:00pm for Tai Chi warm up and Balancing the Chakras it is $2.00 extra.
****Sunday January 29th class will concentrate on technique and drills****
If you haven’t tried belly dance before this is a great class to begin.
If you have belly dance experience, this class will be good for review and keeping your muscle memory
