New Belly Dance Class

We are happy to announce our new teacher “Praise”, who is trained in Persian, Egyptian, Greek and Turkish styles of belly dance.  She comes to us withover 20 years of experience.  Her classes will include a break-down of the movements, drills, and a detailed study of a beautiful veil dance choreography.
 

Praise will be giving weekly classes each Sunday


Come at 2:00 for a Tai Chi style warm up to prepare your muscles to dance   Class is 2:30-3:30pm        

 Drop In $12 / $10 per class with 5 class packageIf you come at 2:00pm for Tai Chi warm up and Balancing the Chakras it is $2.00 extra.

 

****Sunday January 29th class will concentrate on technique and drills****

 If you haven’t tried belly dance before this is a great class to begin.

If you have belly dance experience, this class will be good for review and keeping your muscle memory
